- Vertical Incision (Lollipop Incision): This incision extends vertically from the areola to the breast crease. It is ideal for patients with moderate sagging and provides improved breast shape and projection.
- Anchor Incision: This incision involves creating a lollipop incision as mentioned above, along with an additional horizontal incision along the breast crease. It is suitable for patients with significant sagging and allows for significant reshaping and lifting of the breasts.

3. Reshaping and Lifting: After making the incisions, excess skin is carefully removed, and the underlying breast tissue is reshaped and lifted to a more youthful and aesthetically pleasing position. The nipple and areola complex may also be repositioned for optimal symmetry and proportion.

4. Suturing and Closure: Once the desired reshaping and lifting are achieved, the incisions are meticulously closed using either dissolvable or removable sutures. Our surgeons take great care to minimize scarring and ensure that the incisions heal as discreetly as possible.
