The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and its application at Bravo Plastic Surgery.

As you may know cosmetic surgery procedures are categorized as elective and not medically necessary. Due to this classification and the nature of our services, we do not work with insurance companies, as cosmetic procedures are typically considered outside the scope of insurance coverage.

It is important to note that FMLA is specifically designed to address medical conditions that require treatment or care and could potentially affect an employee's ability to perform their job duties. As cosmetic surgery falls under elective procedures and is not considered medically necessary, Bravo Plastic Surgery is unable to complete FMLA paperwork for our patients.

In compliance with legal regulations, our practice is prohibited from completing any FMLA paperwork for cosmetic procedures. We understand that this may be disappointing news, but we want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the limitations of FMLA in relation to our services.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding this matter, please contact us. We are here to provide any necessary support and guidance.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We value your commitment to Bravo Plastic Surgery and remain dedicated to providing exceptional care and service.
